How can we prepare to move to 5D?

They say the Earth is moving to 5D so we either get along with the Earth or move to another planet with lower vibration. I was just thinking - if we want to move to 5D with Earth - what sort of criteria do we need to meet? How can we get ready? What can we do to prepare ourselves? Have you thought about it?
